Many register offices and marriage rooms will already be decorated with fresh flowers. If not, check on the arrangements for providing your own. It is unlikely that you will be able to decorate very far ahead of your ceremony time.

For civil ceremonies elsewhere, find out whether flowers are included as part of the arrangement and whether you can choose to provide your own. Depending on the size of the room, two or three impressive arrangements will probably be sufficient, with one placed near the entrance.
